Thermin AI provides an AI growth system for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies, including ad management, speed-to-lead follow-up, a 24/7 AI voice receptionist with conversational texting, custom websites, Google Business Profile optimization, AI engine optimization (AIEO), reputation management, and data reactivation. Information we collect

• Your name, phone number, and email address, when you submit a form or request a demo.
• Business information, such as your company name, trade, service area, phone system, and details about your operations, when you request a demo or work with us.
• Call recordings and transcripts, when the Thermin AI service is live on a client's phone lines. These belong to the client's account and are covered by that service agreement.
• Basic usage data, such as which pages of this site are viewed.

How we use your information

• To respond to demo requests and schedule walkthroughs.
• To provide, operate, and improve the services a client has purchased.
• To send service-related text messages and, where you have opted in, occasional updates.
• To handle support requests and billing questions.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

SMS and text messaging

When you submit your phone number through a form or a demo request, you consent to receive text messages from Thermin AI. Here is exactly what that means:

• What we text about: scheduling your demo, service setup and onboarding, appointment and booking confirmations, and support for your account.
• How often: message frequency varies. Most people receive a handful of messages around a demo and setup, and occasional service updates after that.
• Costs: message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
• Opting out: reply STOP to any text message from us to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive a brief confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything. You can also book a demo by phone or email without giving consent to texts.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information or your phone number. We do not share your phone number for marketing purposes with unrelated third parties.

We share information only in these cases:

• With service providers who help us operate, such as messaging and telephony providers, hosting providers, and CRM tools, under agreements that restrict how they use the data.
• With advertising platforms (such as Google and Meta) to the extent needed to run ad campaigns for a client. Data shared with those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies.
• With a client's account team, for recordings and transcripts generated on that client's phone lines.
• When required by law, or to protect our rights and safety.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your information by emailing support@thermin-ai.com.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts.
• Email us to opt out of email communication or to update your information.
• Email us to request a copy of the information we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website and our services are intended for business owners and their representatives. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
